The Value of the Pool
8% of the company's total volume will be shared by qualifying Team Managers and higher as follows:

Example:
- National Vice Presidents will share in the entire 8%. 1% with the other National Vice Presidents, plus all other levels.
- Directors will share in 1% with other Directors, plus 1% with Group and National Managers, plus 1% with Team and Senior Managers.
The Qualifications:
- Enroll one personal enrollee = earning ONE month of qualification
- Promote one personal manager = earning FOUR months of qualification
You can accumulate a maximum of 6 months of qualification.
OR
You can automatically qualify if you are an active Executive Director with 3 active Directors in separate legs, an active National Sales Director with 4 active Directors in separate legs, or an active National Vice President with 5 active Directors in separate legs.
